Pam Dawson MD

Dr. Dawson grew up in Virginia, and attended the College of William and Mary for her undergraduate degree. She then traveled north to go to McGill University for Medical School. Dr. Dawson stayed there to complete her Family Medicine Residency at St. Mary's Hospital in 1998. She is married, with two children and two goldfish, and lives in Richmond, VT.

Jeff Haddock MD

Dr. Haddock was born and raised in the Chittenden county area.  He went to Duke University in North Carolina for undergraduate school, where he got his B.S. in biology.  After returning to the University of Vermont for medical school, he went to the Methodist Family Practice Program in Sacramento, California for his residency training.  Fleeing California as quickly as possible, he has been practicing at Thomas Chittenden Health Center since 2006.  He is married, with 2 young sons and an intrepid weiner dog, Kona.  He has particular interest in sports medicine and cheese.

Rick Dooley PA-C

Rick Dooley joined TCHC as a Physician Assistant in 1999.  He did his undergraduate degree work at the University of Vermont, and completed the Northeastern University Physician Assistant Program in 1996, with a Masters of Health Science.  He enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventative care.  He is on the medical faculty for precepting Physician Assistant students from both the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and the University of New England.

Sarah Dudley FNP

Sarah Dudley completed her undergraduate studies at Illinois Wesleyan University receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing.  From there, she began her nursing career in central Illinois caring for patients on an acute trauma unit.  After a few years of nursing practice, she relocated to Vermont and completed a Master's degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner certification, from the University of Vermont.  She enjoys caring for people of all ages and is thankful for the opportunity to assist patients in maintaining their health and achieving their health related goals.  She lives locally, is married and has 3 young children.

Dan Donnelly MD

Dan Donnelly's great-great grandfather was a representative from the Benson, Vermont area, who in about 1870, was one of the first in the country to vote in favor of the right of  women to vote.  He was out-voted 220 to 1.  Dan graduated from Kent State University in 1971, and several years later, from the University of Colorado, with a degree in nursing.  After working for 5 years as a nurse, mostly in the Emergency Department at Maine Medical Center in Portland, he went to the University of Vermont College of Medicine.  After a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Rochester (NY), he spent 3 years in an underserved area of Maine.  He and his wife Nancy, and son Harley, moved back to Vermont after that, and have no plans to move again.

Joseph Haddock MD

Dr. Joe Haddock grew up in rural western Illinois, attended undergaduate and medical school at Northwestern University, did his postgraduate training at the  Medical Center Hospital of Vermont, and spent 3 years in the military at Camp LeJeune, N.C.  Since 1978 he has practiced family and internal medicine at TCHC, and has been involved in various capacities with UVM and FAHC.  Outside interests include raising sheep, guitar, woodworking, and granchildren

Mary Dill MD

Dr. Dill grew up in Michigan and graduated from Smith College.   She graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Fletcher Allen Hospital.  She loves the variety of her practice and has also been active in the Vermont Academy of Family Medicine.  She is married , has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren on the way.

Jena Medina FNP

Jena K. Medina grew up in rural Vermont and graduated with a degree in anthropology from Mount Holyoke College. After college she worked in women’s health in a variety of roles, including childbirth educator, labor assistant, post-partum support, and reproductive health before completing her master’s of science in nursing at the University of Vermont as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with a special interest in women’s and mental health services. She lives locally with her husband and 3 young children.

Patty Towle ANP

Patricia Towle received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Professional Nursing from the University of Vermont. She worked at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston before deciding to pursue her Master's degree in Adult, Ambulatory, Community Health Care at the University of Massachusetts. She has been an adult nurse practitioner since 1990 having worked in a variety of settings in MA, RI, NH, and UT before settling down in Vermont. Patty enjoys her work in primary care and finds working with clients aged 12 years and older to be rewarding. She appreciates the opportunity to partner with patients in achieving optimal health and well-being.

Mary Anne Kyburz-Ladue, RD,CDE,CD

Mary Anne completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of Vermont in 1986, at which point she pursued her Dietetic Internship and post-graduate studies at Oregon Health Sciences University; which she finished in 1988.  Mary Anne and her husband moved back to Vermont were she started working at the Family Practice of Burlington Primary Care, as a Registered Dietitian.  . She also worked at Middlebury College, were she helped athletes and coaches, and was on the Eating Disorders Treatment Team at Middlebury College Health Center.  In 1993 she became Certified as a Diabetes Educator by the American Academy of Diabetes Educators.  Mary Anne enjoys her work with patients of all ages and their families manage and improve their Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity, Gastrointestinal issues, Hypertension, and Eating Disorders.  Mary Anne grew up in Chile and  teaches Spanish through CVU's Access program, is passionate about biking, skiing, hiking, water skiing and gardening.  She enjoys these various activities with her husband Winslow and her two grown sons Arlin and Caleb.

Michele LeDuc PA-C

Michele is from Vermont and grateful to practice in such a wonderful community. She completed her
Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Vermont, studying biological sciences and nutrition.
She later completed the University of New England Physician Assistant program in Portland and
Biddeford Maine, with a Masters of Science. Prior to joining TCHC she worked at FAHC Emergency
Department and UVM Primary Care Clinic. She enjoys working with patients on health promotion
and disease prevention, in addition to management of chronic conditions. She enjoys growing food,
cooking, backcountry skiing, kayaking, running, and being outdoors.

Dr. Patty Whitney

Dr. Whitney hails from outside Boston, Massachusetts. She attended school in Paris, France for a year before transferring to UNH where she earned her undergraduate degree. Fourteen years later, after marriage and four children, she received her MD from UVM College of Medicine. She did her residency in Family Medicine at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington. Outside the office, Dr. Whitney enjoys visiting her grown children and her friends, swimming, reading and hiking.
